Security Assessment Services:

Our firm is engaged in conducting Threat Risk Assessments (TRA), Vulnerability Assessments, Ship Security Assessments (SSA), Marine Facility Security Assessments (MFSA) and the review and editing of these documents from a required regulatory review, due to significant site modifications or from changes to the threat environment.

Security Plan Services:

Morash Port and Security has developed numerous security plans across Canada.  These include Ship Security Plans (SSP), Marine Facility Security Plans (MFSP), Occasional Use Security Plans (OUSP) and the review and editing of these documents when required.  In a number of cases, security procedure manuals were developed to assist guard force stationed at a guardhouse.  We also assist ship and marine facility operators amend their security plans to respond to audits preformed by Transport Canada during site inspections and for regulatory re-certification. 

Security Drill and Exercise Services:

For the past nine years, our firm has actively assisted vessels, marine facilities and port authorities with the requirements to perform security drills and exercises.  We have been engaged in developing the threat scenarios to be used, facilitating the events and documenting the results. 

Security Audit Services:

In addition to drills and exercises, we our actively involved in performing security audits.  This includes annual audits of ship security plans, marine facility security plans and port authority security plans.  Audit reports include audit findings with any identified deficiencies, opportunities for improvements and recommendations.
